About Emily Owen

my Mission

My bespoke and holistic healing Bodywork draws from over 25 years of experience in deep tissue, myofascial release, and my unique acupuncture (no needles) and meridian tapping technique. Nervous System Regulation is fundamental to true and lasting healing. This approach was born from my personal healing journey through over 20 years of ME and chronic fatigue. I treat the body as an interconnected whole, recognizing that there is always an emotional component to any issue. Through tapping, I facilitate the release of trapped emotions, where the deeper magic and healing happens.

I guide the body into a state of allowance, creating space for change without force. I find that when there is too much force, resistance inevitably arises, preventing lasting change. My goal is to support a transformative experience that respects the body’s natural ability to heal. In a safe, caring, tender way.

With 25 years experience in health and wellness, Emily specializes in personalized Bodywork therapy and holistic fitness, guiding clients to optimal health and well-being. Her qualifications include advanced sports massage, deep tissue, myo-fascial release, and remedial massage along with deep study and hours of embodying Pilates, ashtanga and vinyasa yoga and the Tracy Anderson Method. 


Emily’s therapeutic approach integrates nutrition, Pilates, and mind-body techniques to reverse aging naturally and support clients in becoming their healthiest selves. Having healed from chronic fatigue through holistic practices, she offers a compassionate, intuitive touch that encourages physical and emotional renewal.

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.  “Myo” means muscle. “Fascial” refers to the connective tissue that covers and supports the muscles throughout your entire body.

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique targeting the inner layers of muscles and connective tissue. Using a combination of deep, slow, and rhythmic pressure or friction, the technique allows your massage therapist to target specific areas with a much deeper pressure than other massage techniques.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and can be transferred by a Reiki master during an attunement.
