My bespoke and holistic healing massage draws from over 25 years of experience in deep tissue, myofascial release, and my unique acupuncture (no needles) and meridian tapping technique. This approach was born from my personal healing journey through over 20 years of ME and chronic fatigue. I treat the body as an interconnected whole, recognizing that there is always an emotional component to any issue. Through tapping, I facilitate the release of trapped emotions, where the deeper magic and healing happens.
I guide the body into a state of allowance, creating space for change without force. I find that when there is too much force, resistance inevitably arises, preventing lasting change. My goal is to support a transformative experience that respects the body’s natural ability to heal. In a safe, caring, tender way.
