I’d fallen over and jarred my back and the muscles were clamping and causing continued pain. Emily worked her magic over and again and I realised massage was actually a form of healing and once my back was better I asked Emily to help generally work on tired and sore post-swimming muscles. The difference in how I feel after one of Emily’s massages - both physically and mentally - is markedly better. Every time. They allow me to release both physical and emotional tension, which is why massage has become a weekly appointment as part of my self-care routine.

I’ve been having massages with Emily for about 9 years now on and off. She is amazing and I am always recommending her to friends who agree. They're the most relaxing massages l've had anywhere. She is very intuitive and seems to know exactly what my body needs! In the past I've used her to help ease specific aches and pains in my back and now I'm seeing her regularly to help with stress and anxiety. I love that the massages are in my own home so I can light a candle if I want and then have a bath afterwards. Another benefit is I always sleep much better afterwards! When my right shoulder started to cause me pain ,I consulted a specialist who arranged for x ray’s and an MRI. On seeing the results his solution was to have steroid injections followed by physio . After 6 months this failed to solve my problem so he recommended key hole surgery .
Prior to the surgery I worked with Emily and her suggestions, I followed a regime of masage and shoulder exercises that she devised for me . After 4 healing massages this had the desired effect and my shoulder pain disappeared and my mobility restored .
This was 4 years ago and I have never had a recurrence. I absolutely recommend Emily’s methods .

My divorce still brings me to a standstill sometimes and we immediately shift into Tapping and Silent Counselling apart from the massages and Reiki face to face.
I trust her. At the end of one particular Silent Counselling session (something that I still don’t understand) I find myself after the tears, laughter and sadness, with a new perspective! I don’t know how it works but she is a fabulous facilitator.Emily holds a safe space and knows what she is doing.

Oh my goodness!!! I could hardly believe the effect she had. I started feeling a difference after the first session and gradually regained full movement over a few months. I am now leading a normal life again and took up rowing last year. I would never have believed that would be possible.
Emily is truly gifted. I see her from time to time for maintenance now, but I have been delighted to recommend her to friends and acquaintances who need some help. She is a real find.
