My Signature Nervous-System-Led Bodywork
Each session is a bespoke, deeply restorative experience guided by presence, care, and deep listening through the hands.
Your body holds more than physical tension β it holds experiences, emotions, and patterns shaped by the nervous system. When stress or trauma has been carried for a long time, the body can remain in protective states such as fight, flight, or freeze.
My work gently supports the nervous system to move out of these survival responses and into a state of safety, softness, and deep rest.
Sessions may include a blend of myofascial release, intuitive therapeutic touch, and meridian & acupressure tapping.
Meridian tapping works with specific acupuncture points that communicate with the amygdala β the part of the brain responsible for the fight-flight-freeze response. When these points are stimulated in a calm, supported environment, the brain receives signals that it is safe to relax, allowing the body to release stored tension and emotional stress.
Often this happens very naturally β through a sigh, a deep exhale, or sometimes a gentle emotional release. All of this is completely normal and simply part of the nervous system unwinding.
This is not a treatment that forces change.
It is a journey into deep rest, where the body is given the space to soften, regulate, and return to its natural state of balance.

While a single session can feel deeply restorative, meaningful and lasting nervous system change happens through consistency and rhythm.
The nervous system learns through repetition and safety experienced over time.
Many women choose to work with me every two to four weeks, allowing their system to gradually stabilise and integrate a new baseline of regulation.
You might think of it like going to the gym β strength doesnβt come from one session, but from returning regularly and allowing the body to build resilience over time.
In the same way, your nervous system develops greater stability through steady, supported experiences of safety.
For some women this simply means returning regularly every few weeks.
For others, a more intentional container can be helpful.
For clients wishing to deepen the work, I offer a six-session integration journey.
Six 60-minute sessions, usually spaced two to three weeks apart, designed to gradually build safety, deepen regulation, and support lasting nervous system change.
Clients working within this rhythm also receive priority booking.
One session can feel incredible.
You may feel lighter, softer, clearer β as if your body has remembered what safety feels like.
But the nervous system rarely changes through one beautiful experience alone.
It changes through rhythm, repetition, and the experience of safety again and again.
Many clients find that every two to three weeks is ideal, though even monthly sessions can provide valuable support in maintaining nervous system balance.
