Women-only mobile bodywork sessions designed to support anxiety, overwhelm, chronic stress, burnout, chronic fatigue, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, perimenopause, menopause and nervous system dysregulation.
Combining intuitive bodywork, gentle myofascial release and EFT tapping, these deeply calming sessions help the body soften from fight-or-flight into greater ease, safety and connection — in the comfort of your own home. 🌿
You don't need to travel to experience deeply restorative nervous system bodywork. I come to you — bringing my treatment table, my oils, and a deeply calming presence into the comfort and safety of your own home.
For many women, being in their own space allows the nervous system to relax even more deeply. There is no driving afterwards, no rushing — just the freedom to rest, integrate, and allow the healing to settle. 🌿
What To Expect
I arrive with everything needed for your session. All I ask is that you provide a warm, quiet space where we can work undisturbed, and that you follow the simple preparation guide below.
Each session is completely bespoke — guided by your nervous system on the day. Using a blend of myofascial release, meridian tapping and intuitive therapeutic touch, your body is gently supported to move out of fight-or-flight and into a state of deep safety, rest and regulation.
How To Prepare For Your Session 🌿
To help you get the most from your experience, please have the following ready:
🌿 Two large towels — for warmth and comfort during your session
🌿 One small towel — for additional support
🌿 One pillowcase — for the treatment table
🌿 Two or three blankets — your body temperature naturally drops as you enter a deep state of relaxation and healing, so warmth is essential
🌿 A warm room — please ensure the room is comfortably warm before I arrive
🌿 A bowl of warm water — this allows the oil to be gently warmed, creating a truly luxurious and deeply soothing experience 🌿
A little note about pets — dogs and cats are welcome and tend to settle beautifully once their owner begins to relax. It's a joy to witness! 🐾
Children are kindly asked not to be present during sessions — this time is yours to fully surrender and deeply rest. You deserve that space. 🌿
Practical Requirements
To ensure I can set up safely and comfortably:
🌿 Easy parking is essential — please ensure there is driveway or street parking directly outside your property, as I carry a full treatment table
🌿 Ground floor or first floor only — I'm unable to carry equipment beyond the first floor in flats
🌿 Room size — a space equivalent to a small single bedroom is perfectly fine
