I am here to meet you where you are at on your Fitness Journey. My creative and fun techniques will teach you how to re-shape your body the "Dancers way". Are you open to a new and empowering way to connect with your muscles to create a deep and powerful change. Mind Muscle connection is everything. My dance inspired sculpting and defining movements target those underutilised forgotten little muscle groups that pull the big muscle groups in and up. For a longer lean look!

No more doing the same old thing and expecting different results. Reaching 50 has organically lead me to connecting to my body with a softer approach. Each day we feel different and that's ok. Always listening to you and your body and adapting. We can do a high intensity fat burning and body sculpting workout where you will be working with your body the dancers way refining your overall shape. Or may be it's a yoga day and you'd prefer something slower to open and ease to body. Pilates is at the heart of all everything we do. Intelligent consistent Fitness keeps you strong and defined. We build your body from inside out so you feel balanced and powerful.
Yoga is the art of connecting mind, body and spirit through movement, breath and awareness. It's not about perfection or competition but about embracing where you are at today. Rooted in authenticity and focus, yoga encourages balance, strength and flexibility physically and emotionally.
Barre is a low-impact, bodyweight-based exercise combining elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training. Barre focuses on small, precise movements. This targets your accessory muscles that pull in the bigger muscle groups, creating a longer leaner defined look, with a strong sculpted core.

Music is carefully chosen to move with the weighted balls. Designed to your fitness levels this appeals to all. It's fantastic for defining your arms and core and here I offer 30min zoom sessions. Workout in your lunchbreak!
Pilates is a low-impact system that strengthens the core, improves flexibility and enhances body awareness. It aligns posture, aids in injury prevention and rehabilitation and promotes relaxation.

I started training with Emily when I was informed by my physio that that high impact aerobics was not good for my back and posture. After first thinking this alternative training may be slow and uninteresting it's quite the opposite! Emily soon introduced me to her "Dance Sculpt Method!"
I look forward to seeing Emily on a regular basis for a very controlled and exhausting hour. For me the sessions are not about losing weight but regain a strong posture with relaxed shoulders. Emily reminds me regularly, "We are building the body from the inside out."
The discomfort in my upper back so disappeared and EVERY muscle is worked upon. The programmes are so unique and creative, there is never time to get bored or think about anything else apart from connecting to my body. I love my sessions and have now been training with Emily for over 10 years. Emily is a fantastic and caring instructor and opened my world up to supplements, juicing and nutrition.
I decided to give up aerobics after thumping and jumping around and my knees were telling me to try something now. A close friend had mentioned Emily several times and thought her style of training would be beneficial to me. I resisted feeling a personal trainer was too indulgent and expensive, but I felt like there was no harm in trying.
I liked Emily immediately. A tiny little pocket rocket, with boundless enthusiasm and a real desire to help her clients and look as good as they can be. Her unique blend of Dance Sculpt, Pilates, Yoga and barre had an almost immediate effect on my shape. The saddlebag/hip area I'd so reluctantly carried around for years sort of melted away. Within three months I was so much more confident in my body. Her method gentle but effectively re-sculpts you and makes you feel leaner and more in touch with your body. It's not just one hour training sessions with Emily, within your 'me time' she is always interested in how your are feeling both physically and mentally. She is genuinely interested. She'll use various hands on treatments as part of the session if that's needed, or listen to what you would like to include in the session or area you wish to target.
She is constantly looking for ways to improve her own body and mind and passes on little gems. She's passionate about nutrition and encourages juicing and healthy eating but it a non judgemental way. 9 years on I am still benefitting from my sessions with Emily and am 'Empowered with her as part of my life'.
I have known Emily for over 15 years now beginning my personal training when she worked at St Georges Hill Tennis Club. She introduced me to how you can work your body in another way - so different to machine work. She develops are she practices her passion. She is constantly learning and embellishing what she offers. Each clients is treated individually and each session is tailored to fit that client. I have particularly benefitted from EFT tapping. Emily is open to everything spiritual and physical and that is the beauty of what she offers. You can feel her empathy and sensitivity. She is a unique trainer. She has so much to offer it's like opening a box of sweets- choosing what most suits you from her gifts and talents. since lockdown we have been working on zoom tother and she has helped me greatly pre and post my hip operation.
I have been training with Emily for over 3 years now twice a week and I sincerely believe it is the best thing I could do for myself. I began to see the benefits of her programme very shortly after. Not only did I feel firmer and stronger but I started receiving complements on my posture and toned arms. My horse riding instructor commented on my improved posture and better balance, no doubt as a result of strengthening the core.
During skiing this winter I felt an increased stamina and made the sport so much more satisfying. I have found the challenge of each work out extremely gratifying and the programme changes and progresses before I can get bored.
